Documents include the following: papal documents, apostolic briefs, lists of indulgences, lists of assignments in new provinces, correspondence concerning affairs and operating directives at various missions, royal correspondence including proclamations with local interpretations, documents dealing with routine proceedings at various mission, a play entitled "Miracle Play" written in Nahuatl by Joseph Joachim de Anza, and a map of New Spain [File] 1.
